1. Eligibility for Refund
   Refunds are applicable only when:

   • The project has not commenced or no deliverables have been shared.

   • There is a clear breach of agreed service terms from our side.

   • A partial refund may be provided if only part of the work has been completed, based on mutual assessment.

2. Non-Refundable Services
   Payments made for services that involve immediate or ongoing creative execution — such as video editing, design revisions, or customized branding deliverables — are non-refundable once the work has started.

3. Refund Process

   • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@sugandhimstudios.com within 7 days of payment or project commencement.

   • Once a refund is approved by our accounts team, the approved refund amount will be credited within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.

4. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes will be handled with transparent communication. Our goal is always to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.
